ComicVault Alerts — SMS Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the ComicVault Alerts text-message program. It explains what information we collect when you enroll and how we use and protect it. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

What we collect

• The mobile phone number you provide to receive alerts.
• A record of your opt-in: the consent language, its source, and the date and time.
• The want-list items that determine which alerts you receive.

How we use it

We use your mobile number solely to send the ComicVault Alerts text messages you requested — notifications that a comic on your want list is listed for sale. We do not use your number for any other marketing.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your number only with our messaging provider (Twilio), strictly to deliver the messages you asked for. We do not sell or rent your phone number.

Your choices

You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You may also ask us to delete your number and opt-in record. See the SMS Terms & Conditions for full program details.
