Overview

ComicVault ("we") is a comic-book market-value and sales tracker. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We collect only what the product needs and we do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account information from our sign-in provider (email, and a phone number if you add one).
• Your collection, want list, and any sales you report.
• A phone number you provide for SMS alerts, and a record of your consent to receive them.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to ComicVault Alerts, we use the mobile number you provide solely to send you the text alerts you requested about items on your want list. We store a record of your opt-in (the number, the consent language, and the time) as proof of consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties. We share your number only with our messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you asked for. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. How we use your information

To operate the service — pricing books, tracking your collection and want list, and sending the alerts you opted into. We do not use your phone number for marketing.

Retention & your choices

You can remove want-list items, opt out of texts at any time (reply STOP), or ask us to delete your data. Opting out stops all further messages.
