ComicVault Alerts — SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description
ComicVault Alerts is a text-message notification program operated by ComicVault. When you enroll, we send you automated text alerts letting you know when a comic book on your ComicVault want list is listed for sale online at or below the price you set.
2. Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in page or when adding a phone number to a want, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ComicVault at the number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive a message when a copy matching one of your want-list items is listed for sale.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. ComicVault does not charge for the alerts themselves.
5. Opt-out
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation and then no further messages. To resume, opt in again on the opt-in page.
6. Help
For help, text HELP to the number that messages you, or visit comicvault.gg/sms.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is supported on major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others; supported carriers may change without notice.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in information are used only to deliver these alerts and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. We share your number only with our messaging provider strictly to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued enrollment means you accept the changes. Questions about the program can be directed to support through the site. See also our general Terms of Service.
